C++ has changed during the years of standardization. There are new language features (such as templates, exception handling, namespaces, ...), new keywords (bool, typename, using, export, explicit, static_cast, ...) new data types out of the Standard Library (container classes, strings, locales, ...), and new programming paradigmns (proxies, functions objects, smart pointers, ...). Unfortunately, too many developers don't use these new features and programming styles (may be they don't know them or they don't understand them). To be able to benefit from the whole power of modern C++ you should perform this workshop, which introduces and teaches the new and effective way of C++ programming based on your individual background. |
